inchie pendantsinchie pendantsNew inchie pendants at funkycrafts.Made using acrylics, batik paper, stickles glitter and Pearlised paint. For anyone not having come across the world of inchies, they are as the name suggests one inch squared and people make them in a variety of media including paper, textile, sewing, embroidery, decoupage. They are miniature works of art and people often frame them in batches of fours, six or twelve. I wanted to think of another  way to interest people in my work so I thought about turning them into pendants. I coat them in diamond glaze which gives a hard glass like finish. They are finished off on coloured suede thong, sari ribbon or leather thong. They make lovely gifts as I put them on card and into a cellophane bag and they look awesome (1st picture) all for 5.00 of which a 1.00 will go to a choice of charities, the variety club, Dorset air ambulance or brain tumour research and possibly an animal trust. This goes for ALL my online products once I put them in the online shop 🙂 cuffs will be 20.00 and 5.00 will go to charity, fabric fairy garlands 30.00 and 10.00 will go to charity and other products soon to be announced. So not only will you be buying local, supporting local crafts, you will also be helping charities. Thank you for your time. Oh, did I forget to mention! They are all handmade, one of a kind (bespoke, no pendant will ever be the same, unless commissioned to do so) try getting all that in the modern art world for a fiver haha 🙂 namaste.
